COSIMO GALLERY — SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery terms and conditions for all purchases made through cosimogallery.com.sg. By placing an order with Cosimo Gallery, you agree to the terms described below.

DELIVERY COVERAGE

We currently deliver to all residential and commercial addresses within Singapore only, including:

HDB flats
Condominiums
Landed properties
Commercial and office premises

We do not currently ship internationally.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Pre-order / custom items	3 – 4 weeks (advised at time of purchase)
Items sourced from overseas	Subject to supplier lead time — advised upon confirmation

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Cosimo Gallery will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team will contact you within 3 business days to arrange a delivery appointment.
Deliveries are scheduled based on mutual availability between you and our logistics team.
You will receive a confirmation of your delivery date and time window via phone or email before delivery day.
Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address during the agreed time window to receive the item.

DELIVERY HOURS

Our delivery team operates during the following hours:

Monday – Friday	11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday	11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a smooth delivery, please note the following:

Ensure clear access to the delivery location including lifts, corridors, and doorways
Measure your doorways, corridors, and lift dimensions before purchase to confirm the furniture will fit
For HDB and condominium units, please inform building management of the delivery in advance if required
Cosimo Gallery reserves the right to charge an additional fee for deliveries requiring special equipment, extra manpower, or access to locations without lift access above the first floor

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

No one being present at the delivery address
Incorrect address provided
Access restrictions at the property

Cosimo Gallery will contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

ASSEMBLY

Basic assembly of furniture items is included with delivery where applicable. Please confirm assembly requirements with our team at the time of booking your delivery appointment.

DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY

We take great care in packaging and transporting all items. However, if your item arrives damaged:

Inspect your item immediately upon delivery before signing any delivery acknowledgement
Do not sign the delivery acknowledgement if you notice damage
Photograph the damage clearly and notify our team immediately
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at cosimo.gallery.2013@gmail.com or +65 6749 5228

Damage reported after signing the delivery acknowledgement without notation may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
